In conclusion, after giving careful consideration to the evidence on both sides, Article Three Groupie must join Wonkette and the Boi From Troy -- among many others -- in concluding Judge Roberts is (probably) straight. In any event, there is insufficient evidence to find that John Roberts is gay beyond a reasonable doubt.

To paraphrase the late Johnnie Cochran: "If the leather pants don't fit, you must acquit!"
